3100 is a 100% resin-base curing compound for application on freshly placed concrete surfaces. Its use ensures retention of 95% of the moisture present in the concrete at the time of application for at least 7 days, thus providing complete hydration, full development of design strengths, surface hardness and weather resistance.

• Product container provides all application information. Read and follow all instructions and precautions.
• Apply by low-pressure hand or power spray as soon as the surface water disappears on horizontal surfaces, or immediately after the forms are removed from vertical surfaces.
• An 80° fan pattern spray tip rated at 1.8 litres (0.4 gal. / 72 oz.) per minute provides an excellent even coating.
• Apply evenly over the entire surfaces, avoiding gaps, pinholes or puddles.
• Restrict foot traffic for at least 4 hours.
• Clean tools and equipment after use with SEALTIGHT Solvent or mineral spirits.
• Proper application is the responsibility of the user. Field visits by W. R. MEADOWS’ personnel are for the purpose of making technical recommendations only, and are not to supervise or provide quality control on the job-site.
